FexJob has a User Agreement which establishes that any Intellectual Property that you propose and pay for is owned by you. FexJob also features a default IP agreement which many clients deem satisfactory for this principle. You can also use your own IP agreement document or modify ours, and have your professional sign it. Your professionals may also agree on different or additional terms regarding work product ownership.
